Why do we need Numbers Blockchain?
The vision of Numbers Protocol is to provide the full picture of digital content. Every media file registered on Numbers Network has a unique Numbers ID (also IPFS CID).
In the future, users can access the physical storage as well as the full on-chain history of the asset by using this unique Numbers ID. The physical storage is supported by IPFS and Filecoin, and currently, the on-chain history is supported by IOTA and Avalanche.
Launching our own blockchain - Numbers Mainnet (Jade), will provide the most cost-efficient and high-performance records of asset history in the coming future.
